These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed via the online store

2. Warranty

Switzerland

Warranty according to the Swiss Code of Obligations.

European Union

2-year legal guarantee of conformity in accordance with the European directive.

In case of defect:

  • Repair

  • Replacement

  • Reduction

  • Refund if major defect

3. Price

All prices are indicated:

  • In CHF for Switzerland

  • In EUR for the European Union (if displayed)

Prices include:

  • Swiss VAT for Switzerland

  • Applicable VAT according to the country of delivery in the EU (OSS if applicable)

Delivery costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods are:

  • TWINT

  • Credit card

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Payment is due immediately.

The goods remain the property of Quarix SNC until full payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer.

Estimated delivery times: 5 to 20 working days depending on the country.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.

Risk is transferred:

  • In Switzerland: at the time of shipment

  • In the EU: upon delivery to the consumer (European obligation)

6. Right of withdrawal (EU)

For consumers residing in the European Union:

You have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days without having to provide any reason.

The period starts from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify your decision in writing (email).

You then have 14 days to return the goods.

The refund (product + standard delivery) will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

Return costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Exceptions (non-returnable):

  • Products unsealed for hygiene reasons

  • Customized products

  • Opened sealed goods

7. Right of return (Switzerland)

For customers residing in Switzerland, Quarix SNC grants a voluntary return right of 14 calendar days.

Conditions:

  • Unused product

  • Intact packaging

  • Return within the deadline

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds are made within a maximum of 30 days.

8. Conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products constitutes an invitation to order and not a firm offer.

The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent by e-mail.

Quarix SNC may refuse an order in case of unavailability or legitimate reason.

9. Liability

Quarix SNC's liability is limited to cases of intentional or gross negligence.

Liability for indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Late payment

In case of delay:

  • Late payment interest of 5% (Switzerland)

  • Reasonable reminder fees

Legally authorized collection fees may be charged.

11. Data Protection

Data processing is carried out in accordance with:

  • The Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA)

  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the EU

Data is used only for:

  • Order processing

  • Customer service

  • Newsletter if consented

The customer has a right of access, rectification and deletion.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

For Switzerland: Swiss law, jurisdiction in Bussigny.

For EU consumers:
Application of the mandatory rules of the consumer's country of residence.
