Right of withdrawal and return

Quarix SNC grants a right of return of 14 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise.

The deadline is met if the merchandise is shipped within this period (postmark date serving as proof).

After this period, the sale is considered final.

The right of return is valid only if the item:

• is unused

• shows no signs of use

• is returned complete with accessories

• is in its original undamaged packaging

Products opened for hygiene or safety reasons (including incense products) cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Risks associated with return transport are the responsibility of the buyer until receipt by Quarix SNC.

The purchase price (excluding delivery costs) will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and inspection of the merchandise.

If the order benefited from free delivery starting from 150 CHF and, after return, the total amount retained is less than 150 CHF, standard delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.
